When can I return/exchange a product?
Unfortunately for our services there is no return/exchange. Once a Memberships/Event or a service is performed, no return / exchange can be done.
Cancellation policy:
When can I cancel the Memberships/Event?
Memberships/Event can be cancelled 48 hours before performing the Memberships/Event or delivering the service.
How do I cancel the Memberships/Event?
You can write a mail to us at contact@startupassociation.in expressing your wish to cancel your order before 48 hours of Event.
What will be the refund amount for Memberships/Event?
We will fully refund the amount for Memberships/Event if the cancellation is done before (48) hours for the start of the Memberships/Event, in India. If abroad, cancellations and refunds are not done.
When will I be refunded?
After you cancel a Memberships/Event , verification is done and an email is sent for confirmation. The refund is initiated and can take around ten days to complete.
